EnLog Strategic Services, LLC, d/b/a Alara Global Logistics Group (“Alara”) sets forth the policies for the collection and use of personally identifiable information (“Information”) by Alara and any of its agents and/or affiliates in connection with its operation of the Web site located at alaralogistics.com (the “Site”). Users of the Site are able to request a quote and in so doing are asked to provide certain information including the users First and Last Name, email address, company name, phone number, country, reason for contact and a description or commentary if applicable. This information, upon submittal by the user, is transferred to Alara’s server, evaluated, and then sent to a customer representative to follow up with the customer.
If you provide any of the information listed above, that information will only be used to respond to your message.
Alara will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, nor will such information be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection.
Alara does not market to nor seek users under the age of thirteen (13). Information discovered to contain personally identifiable information on an individual under the age of thirteen (13) will be immediately purged and never shared with third parties.
Individual users who reside in California and have provided their personal information to us may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties.
